Private Villas

4 Contemporary Underground Residences

A new concept of modern suburban living is made possible in this innovative project. The main idea is to blend indoor & outdoor spaces and connect with the surrounding landscape. The steep slope of the plot makes this possible, providing breathtaking city views as well as pool areas at living room level. Natural materials, such as stone walls and wood claddings integrate the villas into the surroundings.

Panorama Lofts

11 Loft Type Apartments in Panorama

An innovative project in Panorama Thessaloniki, comprised of 11 loft type apartments. A generous amount of inspiration, minimal design and conteporary architecture combine in this unique building. PanoramaLofts is one of our favorite projects so far, also published in EK magazine.

Interior Design

This particular Loft Apartment was designed from start to finish by int. designer George Tsironas as a showroom space. Our common love for minimal design is showcased in every aspect and space of this small but practical flat. The 5m high ceiling creates a unique feeling of freedom and provides breathtaking views of the sea and the city

Poseidi Villas

6 luxury villas in Halkidiki

An exquisite project in collaboration with OFFICE 25, a renowned architectural firm operating in the fields of architecture, design and development. The result was a unique collection of villas with amazing design both on the interior and the exterior. Overall site planning was intriguingly challenging but ultimately successful. The project is set to begin construction in 2021

Polychrono Summer Houses

2+3 summer houses in Halkidiki

A modern design and clean look that is both practical and inspirational. Privacy and sea views were both a requirement from the very begining. The lay out of these 2+3 summer houses, offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to every occupant. Inspired by the regional olive groves and natural environment, our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements. The project is a development proposal, currently only in 3d visualization

Apartment Complex

26 Apartment Complex in Pylaia

A total of 4 buildings and 26 apartments, this project was the first ESTET built. Dark brown hand-made bricks and travertine marbles are used across the facade. A variety of flats are developed, all made with top spec materials. All top floors are turned into 2 storey lofts with extra patio spaces. A design that makes a statement but also remains fresh through time. Contemporary, luxurious but with a down to earth approach
